Details:

The primary purpose of the Proxy Pay Representative is to manually process credit card transactions on behalf of U.S. Bank Clients Virtual Pay Suppliers where the supplier accepts credit cards but they must be processed via an online portal or telephone IVR.

Imagine this as being an extension of the client s accounting team, however, U.S. Bank is the actual processor of the payments on the client s behalf.

These transactions being made are very specific and targeted towards actual insurance policyholders making the processing vital as we need to be error-free and accurate at all times or we risk impacting insurance coverages for people and businesses.

Responsibilities:

Representative will also establish and maintain working relationships with assigned business accounts, serving as the main day-to-day contact between program administrators.

Answers, researches and resolves problems experienced when making a payment.

Lifts quality through identifying and reporting issues and maintaining an accurate accounting of assigned specifics.

Maintains high service satisfaction by following up on inquiries and providing updates.

Coordinates and Interacts with Internal teams and Individuals to ensure high levels of service delivery.

Position duties involving customer contact performed primarily through telephone or email communication methods.

There is complexity in this role as well and we are looking for people with similar experience and/or college degrees.
