Qualifications:

  • General experience in Corporate Banking.

  • Knowledge and experience with client onboarding and account opening processes.

  • Experience with Agency & Trust products would be beneficial.

  • Must be able to work in a team environment, interacting with Sales, Admin, Operations, and Product.

  • Strong organization and time management skills expected with the ability to prioritize accordingly.

  • Proactive and able to operate independently with minimal management.

  • Strong communication skills.

  • Skilled with Excel and proficient with Microsoft Outlook and Word.

    Position Description:

    Business Implementation and Onboarding Analyst.

    The analyst will work to support the due diligence, account opening, and entitlements conducted during client onboarding.

    The analyst will interact directly with Transaction Managers and with high-value internal and external clients to fulfill critical business requirements.

    Analyst responsibilities include:

    Reviewing potential new client profiles to determine the appropriate level of due diligence information required.

    Working with the Transaction Managers to complete account set-up, and entitlements and work with related areas such as billing and operations to ensure complete client profile is completed and maintained.

    Review received information for accuracy and submit the information to support teams for processing.

    Use internal Client systems to process client information including required regulatory disclosures and help process annual reviews.

    Communicate directly with various support teams to ensure the accurate and timely completion of records.

    .Prioritize and track workflow to ensure records are completed within the necessary timeframe and escalate as needed to the senior management team.
