AP Specialist
A CFS client, offering great benefits, volunteer days off, and a hybrid working model, is in need of a skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in 3-way matching, possess proficiency in Excel (including pivot tables), and have a strong understanding of intercompany accounts payable processes.

AP Specialist Responsibilities:

Invoice Processing:

• Review, verify, and process invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
• Conduct a 3-way match to ensure invoices match purchase orders and receipts.
• Resolve discrepancies and issues with vendors and internal departments.

Payment Processing:

• Prepare and process payment batches, ensuring accuracy and adherence to payment schedules.
• Reconcile vendor statements, researching and correcting discrepancies as necessary.

Vendor Management:

• Establish and maintain positive relationships with vendors, responding to inquiries and resolving payment-related issues.
• Collaborate with vendors to obtain necessary documentation and resolve payment disputes.

AP Specialist Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of accounts payable experience.
• Experience with intercompany accounts payable activities.
• Strong understanding of 3-way match processes and invoice verification.
• Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables.
• Analytical skills and a strong accounting foundation (debits/credits knowledge).
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• Strong tenure with minimal job movement is highly desired.

Compensation: up to $65,000.00, depending on experience.
Working Model: Hybrid in San Antonio, TX - (2 days WFH)
