Job Summary

The Director of New Product Implementation and Service is responsible for leading the overall strategy for the company in relation to the deployment of new products and services, ensuring successful integration and optimization of these offerings within the organization's operational framework. This role requires exceptional stakeholder management, the ability to proactively drive partnerships, and the ability to evaluate the structural aspects of a new product and service. This role is responsible for coordinating with the QA/RA team to ensure the legal obligations are consistently met.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Responsible for the strategic planning of new product and services as it relates to deployment.

Responsible for working directly with the Heads of Product to understand their roadmap and plans to roll out new products and services

Responsible for ensuring customers are prepared to ensure implementations happen without error and remain on time

Has the autonomy to make complex, high-level decisions that need to be made quickly to ensure a successful implementation

Responsible for all aspects of the daily coordination of the Enterprise imaging team's new product projects on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis based on priority.

Ensures timely response to Customer Support requests including accurate and timely closure of all escalated support tickets related to any assigned projects.

Maintains a thorough understanding of challenges and attempts to resolve or present obstacles/potential resolutions to management.

Serves as liaison between management, internal and external stakeholders.

Coordinate and/or conduct training for team members along with the Director, Service Operations.

Continuous process and workflow improvement for case escalation channels.

Monitors programs and procedures to ensure responsiveness, resolution, and customer satisfaction for escalated issues.

Maintains in-depth working knowledge of DeepHealth systems and processes.

Ensures that projects, initiatives and processes are in conformity with established policies and objectives.

Ensures projects are coordinated and followed up in detail to ensure the desired objective is accomplished in the planned timeline.

Recruits qualified team members for the team, ensure tasks are appropriately designated those team members and monitor the development and maintenance of staff abilities and suitability. Provides appropriate training to team members.

Minimum Qualifications, Education and Experience

Bachelor's Degree

Experience working with complex applications and networking solutions.

Familiarity with healthcare interface standards (HL7, DICOM, etc.).

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work in fast paced environment.

Knowledge of CRM systems.

Ability to communicate goals, concepts and processes that demonstrate the company's goals.

Ability to champion change and effectively manage the implementation of new ideas. Effective analytical skills, verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to motivate team members.

Ability to coordinate projects and allocate appropriate resources effectively.

Physical Demands

This position often requires sitting, standing, walking, bending, twisting, reaching with hands and arms, using hands and fingers, handling, or feeling, speaking, listening, and high-level cognitive thinking. Also, must be able to lift up to 10 pounds occasionally. The position requires the ability to travel ( 30% of time), drive a vehicle, and utilize other forms of transportation.

Working Environment

Hybrid. This position requires domestic / international travel up to 30%.
