We are looking for a Confidentiality Business Analyst
The Confidentiality Business Analyst plays a crucial role in fostering and managing the implementation of the Data Disclosure Prevention Program
This individual collaborates with both business and technical teams within the organization to ensure the safeguarding of sensitive data by coordinating PJM's efforts to prevent unauthorized data disclosure.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Involved in planning and defining project outlines, including objectives, timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and deliverables.
  • Drive initiatives and projects under the Data Disclosure Prevention Program to meet and exceed the expected benefits for the organization, its members, and other stakeholders.
  • Facilitate the execution of the Data Disclosure Prevention Program by endorsing its policies and standards.
  • Proactively engage in understanding the critical business processes of the organization and identifying potential risks related to confidential information disclosure.
  • Work closely with members of the Data Domain Council to comprehend and adhere to policy guidelines.
  • Enhance awareness around confidentiality regulations within the organization and support different teams by clarifying the confidentiality status of various data points.
  • Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with leadership, clients, and stakeholders, ensuring high levels of customer service by addressing issues promptly and meeting project requirements and deadlines.
  • Provide guidance to department heads on interpreting and implementing policy mandates.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Previous experience within operational, market, or planning sectors is highly advantageous.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a proven track record of building and maintaining professional relationships.
