About The Function:
Kreischer Miller continues to prosper and grow! With over 250 team members located in Horsham, PA, we are always seeking exceptional candidates to add to our outstanding team.

As an Audit Manager or Audit Director/Partner, you will oversee a wide variety of audit engagements. You will have the opportunity to work with business owners in a variety of industries and learn from leaders in our firm.

Responsibilities include:

Developing and maintaining a positive working relationship with clients as well as professional staff in our Audit & Accounting, Tax Strategies, Human Capital Resources, and Technology Solutions practices.

Coordinating concurrent auditing and accounting projects with some of the Philadelphia region's leading companies, including addressing significant accounting matters and helping us implement new processes to ensure that we remain in a leadership position in our market.

Setting the tone and culture for the engagement team and guiding team members in their career development.

Helping to grow our client base by playing a critical role in the growth of our firm through the development of a productive referral network and the identification of new business opportunities.

Requirements:

8-10 years of recent audit experience in a large regional, national, or international firm. CPA required.

Strong commitment to excellence, client service, and professional growth

A willingness to learn new skills and become an advisor to your clients

Ability to manage multiple auditing and accounting projects and clients

Ability to develop and motivate team members while championing firm values and culture

Possess a positive attitude and good communication skills

A team player who takes the time to positively impact the careers of others

A strong ability to understand the "big picture" quickly, identify key issues, and prioritize analysis / output among many competing tasks
