Job description
Duties You will manage the EWTGLANT facilities and maintenance services. You will provide administrative support and technical Supervision. You will be responsible for managing facility operations and repair actions on equipment and systems. You will develop and maintain a current three-year plan for all facilities under his/her cognizance. You will coordinate all planning for military construction. Qualifications In order to qualify for this position, your resume must provide sufficient experience and/or education, knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the duties of the specific position for which you are being considered. Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Providing technical oversight and general guidance to personnel so that goals, objectives, tasks and functions are aligned with organizational, (e.g., EWTGLANT), priorities and directives; Managing facility operations and repair actions on equipment and systems; Inspecting contractor support, craftsmanship, equipment and materials to ensure compliance with contract requirements and liaisons with appropriate Public Works officials; Reviewing design specifications, details and provides detailed space use plans; Preparing and maintaining trouble calls and discrepancy logs; Ensuring trouble calls are submitted into an enterprise asset management software, (e.g., MAXIMO), and routinely reviews logs to ensure tickets are completed in a timely manner; Identifying schedules and coordinates utility outages; AND Monitoring and providing routine updates on facility status and improvement actions.
