Inova Health System is hiring for experienced Registered Nurses for our Inova Children's Hospital Emergency Department , an award-winning 186-bed, full-service children's hospital devoted to the healthcare of infants, children and adolescents.

Job Responsibilities:
Provide knowledgeable and caring clinical practice and care coordination through an understanding of patient, family, nurse, and healthcare delivery team.
Conduct all patient care in a patient and family-centered manner.
Use an integrated approach toward patient outcomes
Utilize standards, guidelines, and pathways for care delivery.

Additional Requirements:
Experience: A minimum of one year of Registered Nurse clinical experience in the acute care setting. _Strongly prefer 2 years of Pediatric ED experience._
Education : BSN or ADN (_If ADN: must complete/obtain BSN within 5 years of start date_)
Licensure: BLS for Healthcare Provider Certification required, RN licensed, or eligible to practice in the Commonwealth of Virginia as a RN.
Work Schedule : Full Time, 3x12's, Night Shift
