Job description

Highly experienced D365 F&O Project Manager will lead multiple US-based deployments over the next 12-15 months. This role requires a professional with a proven track record in managing complex Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) deployments. You will oversee the full project lifecycle, working closely with stakeholders, and ensuring successful execution on behalf of senior leadership.

• Lead and manage the end-to-end deployment of D365 F&O projects across the United States.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including internal stakeholders and external vendors, to ensure smooth project execution.
• Act as a key point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular project updates, risk assessments, and resolution strategies.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects, managing multiple US-based Conference Room Pilots (CRP) and deployment events.
• Drive project timelines, budgets, and resource allocations while ensuring adherence to company objectives.
• Manage potential roadblocks by developing contingency plans and leading risk management efforts.
• Travel extensively (up to 50%) across the US to lead and support various deployment phases, with fluctuations based on project needs.

Profile

• Extensive experience in D365 F&O project management, particularly in large-scale, multi-site deployments.
• Strong understanding of CRP methodology and hands-on experience in managing US-based D365 deployments.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work with diverse teams.
• Flexibility to travel (50% overall, with varying frequency depending on project stages).
• Available to start immediately.
