Are you a BCBA ready to take on a leadership role? Our Missouri City, TX center is excited to meet you! As our Clinical Director, you'll be responsible for overseeing our ABA division and playing a pivotal role in its development. This opportunity provides a pathway for continuous learning and growth, enabling you to refine your skills as a proficient manager of both people and operations. Consider it a stepping stone toward a future Clinic or Area Director position.
Total compensation is $100,000 - $115,000, which includes your base salary and $12,000 annual bonus based on efficiency & quality care metrics.

Clinical Autonomy: Develop customized recommendations and programs using your preferred assessments and methodologies. Rely on our organizational support to ensure these strategies are embraced by families, guiding them toward success under your expert care.
Data-Driven Management: Leverage our sophisticated OBM (Organizational Behavior Management) system for comprehensive data analysis and informed decision-making. Streamline leadership and coaching with automated scorecards, objectives, and metrics at every level-organization-wide, center-specific, and individual.
Mentorship and Professional Growth: Embrace the mentor role for full-time fieldwork students, fostering their professional development while benefiting from support in report writing and supervision.

Requirements:
At least 3 years of management experience and 1 year of experience as a BCBA, in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
You are interested in growing as a leader and are excited to train, manage, and mentor your team of pediatric professionals.
