Imagine a workweek where you connect with 6-9 amazing children, guiding them through 145-150 hours of transformative care, which includes a minimum of 28 billable hours and 20% supervision.

Total compensation is $86,000 - $98,000, which includes your base salary and a bi-weekly bonus of up to $12,000 annually, based on providing additional hours of care and parent trainings.

How we'll grow together:

Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Daily collaboration with Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, Speech-Language Pathologists, Board-Certified Behavior Therapists, and other experts is not just encouraged, but is the standard here. Immerse yourself in our interdisciplinary environment and share ideas - it's integral to our culture of innovation.
Clinical Mastery: Organize, design, and oversee all clinical aspects for a diverse caseload of children. Develop expertise in crafting treatment protocols, behavior reduction systems, and data collection systems, advancing your clinical expertise.
Professional Development: As you widen your expertise as a therapist, we'll be right there to help you build leadership skills. Plus, we offer a $500 yearly stipend for CEUs.
In-house CEUs: Continuing education is on us, with our team of clinical experts providing ongoing, free in-house CE opportunities.
Clinical Autonomy: Use your preferred assessments and programs to craft unique treatment plans and programming. We're here to ensure families understand and benefit from your expert advice.
