Job Title: Project Manager

Duration: 6 Month Contract to Hire

Location: Irving, TX (Monday - Thursday On-Site)
Position Summary

The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the planning, execution, and delivery of PMO-led projects within our organization. You will collaborate with various teams, including IT, marketing, and sales operations, to ensure successful project implementation.

Essential Functions

Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, for initiatives. Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

Project Execution: Lead and manage cross-functional project teams to execute projects effectively. Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or issues, and take proactive measures to address them. Ensure projects are delivered within the defined scope, timeline, and budget.

Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, such as to understand project requirements and align project goals with business objectives. Communicate project updates, milestones, and deliverables to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.

Resource Allocation: Allocate resources, including personnel, tools, and technologies, as per project requirements. Coordinate with team members and departments to ensure adequate resources are available to meet project needs.

Quality Assurance: Implement effective quality control measures to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and adherence to best practices in project deliverables. Conduct thorough reviews and tests to ensure the quality of project assets and adherence to best practices.

Performance Tracking and Reporting: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success and impact of the project. Monitor project performance, analyze data, and generate comprehensive reports to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.

Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in Project Management. Identify opportunities for process optimization and enhancement of project management methodologies.

Required Education and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.

5+ years applicable work experience.

Proven experience as a Project Manager in IT, digital marketing or related field.

Strong understanding of project management principles, strategies, and tactics.

Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Demonstrated experience in leading and coordinating cross-functional teams.

Proficient in project management tools, including MS Project, (url removed), and methodologies, including Agile Scrum, Waterfall, ITIL.

PMP, SAFe or CSM certification is preferred

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
