Job description

  • Manage all aspects of the jobsite including; manging subcontractor schedules, relaying information to the Project Manager
  • Ensure timely ordering, delivery, and storage of materials on the job site.

  • Strong Commercial project pipeline with a focus on mixed commercial projects such as: Office interiors, Healthcare, Aviation and Medical Office Building Projects across the greater Houston region
  • Project values ranging from $5M - $30M

Description

  • Fluently read and interpret specifications and plans.
  • Supervise work of subcontractors and laborers.
  • Ensure timely ordering, delivery, and storage of materials on the job site.
  • Maintain accurate drawings, specifications, and schedules.
  • Create and oversee punch lists and ensure completion of all related work prior to inspections.
  • Identify and communicate issues to the Project Manager.

Profile

  • 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent specializing in commercail cosntruction including Aviation work either ground-up or renovation
  • Technical degree level education in construction or related field
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Stable work record
  • Knowledge in Construction Management or related field required

Job Offer

  • Competitive Base Salary ($125,000 - $155,000)
