Description

  • Project Planning and Strategy Development: Lead the initial planning stages, set project goals, and develop strategies to achieve them.
  • Timeline and Budget Management: Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. This includes monitoring progress, adjusting plans as necessary, and managing resources efficiently.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members, to ensure everyone is informed and aligned.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential project risks early on and develop mitigation strategies to address them.
  • Compliance and Safety: Ensure all projects adhere to relevant building codes, safety standards, and other regulations.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed project documentation, including schedules, budgets, change orders, and progress reports.
  • Team Leadership: Provide leadership and mentoring to the project team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

Profile

  • Extensive Project Management Experience: At least 7-10 years in construction project management, including overseeing large-scale projects.
  • Diverse Project Portfolio: Experience managing various types of construction projects, such as commercial, industrial, and institutional.
  • Leadership Roles: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams, including engineers, architects, and contractors.
  • Project Management Skills: Strong ability to develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources. Familiarity with project management software and tools.
  • Risk Management: Expertise in identifying project risks and implementing effective mitigation strategies.
  • Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of construction methods, materials, building codes, and safety regulations.

Job Offer

  • Base Salary of $100,000 - $125,000
