Requirements

Responsibilities

l Coordinate and dispatch truck drivers, ensuring timely delivery from warehouse to warehouse

l Request and submit documentation such as shipping documents, bills of lading, and freight invoices to comply with governmental/industry regulations and facilitate smooth logistics operations

l Provide shipment updates to our internal teams such as production, planning, and web

l Communicate with suppliers, carriers, and warehouses to arrange transportation and resolve any issues that may arise during transit

l Ensures all drivers comply with Company, Federal, State and Local laws and regulations. (DOT/HOS) -Ensure that all drivers follow correct check in/out procedures and perform required pre-trip safety checks

l Familiarity with supply chain processes and logistics operations

l Generate and provide necessary reports in a timely manner to support management decisions

Qualifications

l High school diploma or international equivalent

l 2 years of relevant in logistics coordination experience preferred

l Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with drivers, customers, and team members

l Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

l Proficiency in TMS (Samsara etc.) and other relevant software (MS Office, Google Suites etc.)

l Knowledge of phone etiquette and experience using phone systems for dispatching purposes

Night Shift 4:00PM - 12:30AM

Salary: $23-27 per hour with 1.5 Overtime
