Oxford Solutions has a client seeking a Roll Form Manager to oversee and enhance their roll forming and tube line operations across multiple locations. This role involves troubleshooting, implementing continuous improvement processes, and managing documentation for new equipment and testing.

Responsibilities

Support roll forming applications using ISO processes and ASTM specifications.

Coordinate resources and provide technical assistance to various locations.

Improve equipment efficiency through evaluations and design changes.

Collaborate with Purchasing to manage tooling and equipment needs, and liaise with suppliers.

Drive continual improvement projects related to new equipment and process documentation.

Qualifications and Experience

High School Diploma/GED required; Engineering Degree preferred.

3 to 5 years of relevant experience, or equivalent education and experience.

Knowledge of roll forming equipment and stamping processes.

ISO experience preferred; manufacturing industry experience a plus.

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and quality.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Proficiency in quality assurance/ISO software

Ability to read tooling drawings and setup charts.

Must be dependable, team-oriented, and able to maintain confidentiality.

Ability to lift up to 20 lbs and perform close visual tasks.
