Job description

Genesis10 is seeking a Program Manager for a six-month contract possible contract to hire position at our financial services client in Pittsburgh, PA. This is a hybrid position requiring 2-3 days onsite.

Summary and responsibilities

Supporting 1-3 Scrum teams

Facilitates the successful definition and delivery of projects within the Enterprise Financial Messaging group (EFM)

Organizes, directs, and coordinates cross-functional activities to focus corporate resources on the successful delivery of the desired results for a defined corporate program using quarterly Program Increment (PI) planning

Measures and monitors program actual, forecasts, budget, and updates plans with accurate, up-to-date information in a timely manner

Required skills

Program management

Leading scrum ceremonies

Driving technical projects to completion

Jira

Confluence

Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, Macros)

Scrum certification (CSM, PMP, SAFe, etc.)

Bachelor's degree

Preferred skills

Worked previously in the financial services industry
