Description

  • Partner with company leaders and stakeholders to provide expert HR consultation, process design, and implement HR programs across the organization.
  • Create scalable approaches and tools to enhance HR operations and streamline processes throughout the employee lifecycle.
  • Lead, train, and inspire a dedicated HR operations team to resolve challenges, drive innovation, and deliver exceptional service.
  • Design and execute total rewards strategies that align with business objectives, covering compensation, benefits, and employee well-being.
  • Oversee the administration of comprehensive employee benefit programs, including health, wellness, retirement, and other related offerings.
  • Develop and manage competitive compensation plans, encompassing salary, bonuses, and incentives.
  • Identify opportunities to improve and automate HR processes, fostering operational efficiency and continuous improvement.
  • Lead the selection, implementation, and management of HRIS systems to ensure streamlined and accurate HR functions.
  • Stay informed of industry and technological advancements to promote knowledge-sharing and process enhancement.
  • Ensure data integrity, privacy compliance, and security within HRIS systems.
  • Design compensation structures, including salary, bonus, and incentive programs, to support employee development and retention.
  • Manage salary structures, conduct job evaluations, and oversee pay equity initiatives, ensuring positions are properly classified.
  • Conduct regular market analysis to maintain competitive compensation practices.
  • Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies that attract high-caliber talent.
  • Collaborate with leadership to anticipate staffing needs, proactively sourcing candidates that bring complementary skills and experience.
  • Manage a career portal and professionally market job opportunities through various social media platforms.
  • Create and maintain legally compliant job descriptions that evolve with the organization's growth.
  • Establish, document, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and guidelines for the HR department.
  • Ensure policies and procedures are effectively communicated and adhered to throughout the organization.
  • Oversee accurate payroll processing in line with federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Prepare and submit compliance reports as mandated by law.
  • Perform additional duties as required or assigned.

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR, with a focus on total rewards, benefits, and compensation or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • SHRM-SCP, SPHR, SHRM-CP or PHR strongly preferred
  • Proven experience managing HRIS systems and payroll processes.
  • Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Experience in manufacturing required
