OVERVIEW OF THE HR GENERALIST ROLE:

• The HR Generalist will manage day-to-day HR functions, including employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.
• Support talent acquisition efforts, including recruitment, interviewing, onboarding, and employee retention strategies.
• The HR Generalist will assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures to support company objectives and ensure a positive workplace culture.
• The HR Generalist will drive continuous improvement in HR processes through collaboration, feedback, and the use of HR technology.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR HR GENERALIST ROLE:

• Bachelor's in HR or SHRM certification.
• Strong experience in HR and Safety Compliance.
