ACCOUNTING SPECIALIST

OVERVIEW OF THE ACCOUNTING SPECIALIST ROLE:

• Complete billing process and meet billing due dates.
• The Accounting Specialist will prepare and distribute invoices internally and externally.
• Partner with Finance Team to assist in timely reconciliation of all their activations/projects.
• The Accounting Specialist will run system reports and reconcile the reports against final invoices sent to the client to ensure all costs that may be billed are captured.
• Reconcile Pittsburgh Event Services credit card expense weekly.
• The Accounting Specialist will review and process Pittsburgh Team Expense Reports.
• Make appropriate changes to existing jobs to maintain accurate billing information.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR ACCOUNTING SPECIALIST ROLE:

• In depth experience with Microsoft Excel and Office products.
• Knowledge of CRM and Microsoft D365 Finance and Operations preferred.
• Working knowledge of accounting process and procedures required.

Salary $40,000-$60,000 based on experience.
This position is fully on-site.
