A well-established General Contractor/Construction Manager that is looking for a Senior Project Manager that has managed all different types of commercial projects from start to close-out.

Client Details

Our client is a leading General Contractor/Construction Manager that specializes in commercial construction projects. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Project Manager to join the team. They have been operating for the last 40+ years and still continue to grow locally. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all phases of the construction project, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to client specifications.

Description

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Project Locations: Montco/Chesco
  • Leadership: Solid leadership with clear company vision, take and implement feedback well, they are consistent in maintaining a pipeline of projects to not have to lay anyone off in last 3 years.
  • Reputation: Strong reputation for quality and taking a collaborative approach to completing projects
  • Demonstrate proficiency in leading projects from sales, preconstruction, permitting, design, construction, to closeout, collaborating closely with in-house professionals
  • Effectively manage all financial aspects of projects
  • Support the Business Development team in client meetings and sales presentations
  • Supervise junior team members in estimating and quantity take-offs
  • Manage multiple projects primarily in a negotiated contract format, focusing on repeat and referred customers
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Collaborate effectively with in-house architects, interior designers, and real estate professionals to deliver turn-key services
  • Serve as a team leader within the organization

Profile

The Successful Applicant
Bachelors degree in construction/engineering related field
10+ years of construction experience
Estimating abilities
Client-facing abilities
Proficiency in project management software, scheduling tools, and Microsoft Office applications.
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work well under pressure.
