Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Sales Onboarding and Customer Setup Coordinator
Title: Sales Onboarding and Customer Setup Coordinator

Job type: Fulltime/Contract on W2

Location: Charlotte,NC /New York, NY-Hybrid (3 days in-office/2 days remote)

Duration: 6+ Months

As a Sales Onboarding and Customer Setup Coordinator you will :

• Manage client onboarding, supporting the Sales team, and coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure a smooth client setup process.
• Manage the end-to-end client onboarding process, including document collection, account opening, and configuration.
• Collaborate with the Sales team to manage the pipeline of onboarding clients, establish priorities, and provide regular status updates to clients, Sales, Negotiation, and Operations teams.
• Submit and track requests for account opening and new client onboarding.
• Act as the central point of contact for all onboarding matters, driving execution and providing required documents.
• Coordinate with the Negotiation Team to ensure all necessary documentation is in place.
• Work closely with Operations to ensure timely account opening and resolution of any onboarding issues.

An ideal candidate should have:

• Excellent verbal written and interpersonal communication skills
• Advanced Microsoft Office- Word ,Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint skills
• Client Onboarding, Project Management and Data Management experience
• Strong communication skills to interact with Sales, clients, and various teams.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and ensure the timely completion of client setups.
• Advanced Excel skills for tracking and reporting on onboarding status.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:

Pay Range : Between $40- $45per hour>
Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
