Job description

This resource is required to provide support during the transition to the USASOC unit type condes (UTC) in the Joint Operations Planning and Executions System (JOPES) and then continue that support once the transition is complete. The transition will require personnel to properly identify and build level IV equipment Data derived from the Force Managment System Website (FMSWeb), Computerized Movement Planning and Status Systems (COMPASS), and the Transportation Coordinators-automated Infromation Management System (TC-AIMS II) for multiple units and capabilities assigned to ARSOF process. This resource is anticipated to plug into the existing team structure and may be called upon to perform any of the tasks already identified within the PWS. However, in addition to the tsks already assigned, specific to this resource are: -Review and analyze various Operational plans (OPLANS) as it pertains to ARSOF capabilities and meets JOPES limitations. -Review ARSOF TC-AIMS data produce necessary output reports that promote the accuracy of UTC's in JOPES. -Assist the government with the development of a plan that pursues the use of COMPASS for ARSOF UTC management. -Assist ARSOF CSC/CSU's in the update of Organizational Equipment List (DEL) necessary to provide level IV data for UTC's developed, modified, deleted, and reviewed. Other duties: Learn other logistics and transportation duties performed by the team. Nontactical vehicle management actions such as dispatching vehicles to customers, inspecting vehicles and, moving vehicles to and from maintenance. Rental vehicle management, vehicle telematics system use, and processing military airlift requests. Desired Qualifications: Experience using JOPES, COMPAS, and TC-AIMS II.
