Overview:
The Supply Chain Operations Coordinator will serve as a cross-functional technical and project lead for Supply Chain Operations (SC Ops). The Supply Chain Operations Coordinator will be relied upon to demonstrate broad system, operational, technical, analytical, and project management skills. Duties will include functions of project management within supply chain initiatives, training and educating all functions of day to day supply chain operations to new and experienced team members. The Supply Chain Operations Coordinator will work diligently to bridge the gap between facility specific processes and systems. The Supply Chain Operations Coordinator will also work across the corporate geographic footprint assisting the supply chain team to better meet the needs of our clinical partners.

Qualifications:
Education: High School Diploma or GED, required. 2 Year / Associate Degree, preferred.

Experience: Three years Supply Chain and Logistics, planning, Communications or Finance, preferred. Three years Experience in healthcare field, preferred.

Additional Skills (required): Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, are necessary to interact with customers, vendors, and all levels of Supply Chain personnel. Must exhibit dependability especially in the areas of attendance, punctuality, ability to follow instructions, follow-up and meeting deadlines. Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Team oriented with good communication skills. Ability to drive/travel to multiple locations/facilities as needed.

Additional Skills (preferred): Experience with Lawson/Infor software suite and Ariba. Experience with Inventory control techniques: General store, ABC evaluation, Min/Max methodology and sequencing in par locations, cycle counting, lead/lag time ordering, and stock rotation (first in-last out (FILO), first in-first out (FIFO . Demonstrated project management and leadership competencies.
