Overview:
The Senior Director Strategy Execution will report to SVP, Ambulatory Surgical Strategy and Execution and provide strategic thought leadership, operational efficiencies, and decision-making to amplify In this position, the Senior Director will serve as a trusted advisor to the SVP, handling a wide array of business tasks to that align to the priorities of the deaprtment. The Senior Director will work closely with the SVP and leadership team, playing an essential role to oversee daily operations and communications, advance high priority objectives, and lead strategic initiatives. This role involves leading cross-functional teams, managing complex projects, and ensuring that strategic goals are met within budget and on schedule.

Qualifications:
Education: 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, required. Business Management or Business Administration. Graduate Degree, preferred. Business Management or Business Administration.

Experience: 10+ year Professional experience in business operations, strategy, or consulting or related field. Strong organizational agility with proven ability to perform in a dynamic, highly-matrixed environment. A strategic thinker with proven experience driving strategy, execution, and decision-making, required.

Licensure/Certification: Project Management Professional (PMP), Program Management Professional (PgMP), preferred.

Additional Skills (required):Demonstrated flexibility and comfort working in ambiguity.

Distinctive people skills with a proven track record of influencing without direct authority and adapting and leading through change.

Operates with a sense of urgency and demonstrated ability to proactively prioritize.

Excellent communicator and facilitator with strong oral and written presentation.

Ability to simplify and explain complex problems to stakeholders of all levels across multiple functions.

Exercises extreme discretion with highly sensitive and confidential information.

Additional Skills (preferred): Experience implementing and overseeing programs, policies, and supporting technology
