Overview:
Dare Foods Limited, a leading Canadian manufacturer and distributor of quality biscuits, crackers, fine breads, confectionery products, and portable snacks is seeking motivated and energetic individuals for our Charlotte, North Carolina Manufacturing Plant.

Warehouse Associate- Morning Shift (8am to 4pm) From $19.58

Key Ingredients:
Load and unload trucks using appropriate equipment

Build and assemble product orders for shipment

Perform order picking and packing duties

Utilize mechanical knowledge to operate warehouse machinery and equipment

Assist with shipping and receiving tasks as needed

Handle heavy lifting and moving of materials

Fabricate and prepare products for shipment

Operate cherry picker to retrieve items from high shelves

Ensure accurate order fulfillment and maintain inventory accuracy

Recipe for Success:
Mandatory Forklift Certification

Warehouse experience: 3 years (Preferred)

Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment preferred

Ability to operate warehouse machinery and equipment, including cherry picker

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order picking and packing

Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues is a plus

Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required

Excellent organizational skills to maintain inventory accuracy

Strong communication skills to work effectively with team members
