Job description

The Digital Marketing and Social Media Analyst will be responsible for managing various digital media channels including social media, corporate connections, and website content.

Description

  • Oversee the creative assets, rendering, scheduling, placement, and posting of marketing campaigns and social media content to enhance audience engagement and visibility.

  • Collaborate with marketing and design teams to create, review, write, and manage marketing and social media materials.

  • Maintain and update the divisional website, including videos, thought leadership articles, and podcasts, ensuring fresh content and branded imagery. Work with banking teams, internal partners, and vendors to design engaging content and optimize SEO for improved website metrics.

  • Assist our public relations firm by scheduling meetings, tracking press inquiries, and coordinating activities.

  • Track, communicate, and submit awards for houses and transactions to industry publications.

  • Monitor and manage the workload, resources, and priorities for designers and vendor partners.

  • Coordinate the publication of marketing newsletters and content in collaboration with banking teams.

  • Partner with leadership and teams on project planning and strategy.

  • Ensure compliance with communication policies by obtaining necessary approvals from key stakeholders, including legal, compliance, corporate communications, and licensed supervisors.

  • Collaborate with executive management, front office bankers, and the COO team to develop and refine communications.

  • Effectively present ideas and requests to senior management and bankers.

Profile

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Marketing or something similar
  • 1-3 years of digital marketing experience in a Financial Services firm or working with Financial Services client
  • Relevant experience managing and maintaining corporate media accounts
  • Proficiency and creativity with marketing formats
  • Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Detailed understanding of the creative process for print, digital, video, social marketing media
