Job description

The Account Operations Administrator is responsible for managing and executing daily transactions for third-party fund managers and direct customer accounts. This role involves handling customer inquiries, ensuring accurate account setup, maintaining client relationships, and supporting corporate action services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security operations, with a focus on both global and domestic custody operations, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities:

Address customer inquiries promptly, investigating and resolving discrepancies.

Act as a liaison between customers and various Bank departments to resolve account-related matters.

Process manual customer instructions efficiently.

Assist in monitoring and processing corporate action instructions, including standing instructions.

Provide accurate trade status reports to customers.

Facilitate the setup of new accounts for third-party fund managers and direct customers.

Collect and verify all required documentation for account opening.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business or Economics.

3+ years of experience in security operations, particularly in global and domestic custody operations, or customer service.

Base Salary - $75,000-$85,000 depending on experience
