Position Title: Administrative Assistant - Bi-Lingual Spanish/English

Location: 163 West 125th Street, Suite 1324, New York, New York 10027

Duration: 5 months

Work Schedule: 37.50 hours per week

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

The Administrative Assistant serves as the office manager. That person works to make sure the office has everything necessary to function. This includes making sure staff has the supplies it needs to perform its work, serve as a liason with OGS, handle mail, assist with litigation preparation, assists with answering phones and processing data onto NYMatters, assists with greeting and serving constituent visitors, works with AAGIC to resolve issues, among other responsibilities.
