Responsibilities

• Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process.


• Provide coaching to management in the areas of recruitment and hiring to improve organizational effectiveness.


• Work with management to review, analyze and clarify job roles, requirements, responsibilities, and competencies/skills required and to gain an understanding of business operations to maximize recruitment efforts.


• Develop recruiting strategies designed to identify qualified candidates through various recruiting tools (LinkedIn, various job boards, networking events, job fairs, non-profits, social media, community partnerships, etc.).


• Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.


• Assists with job posting and advertisement processes.


• Work with Marketing to create and enhance employer branding strategies.


• Screens applications and selects qualified candidates.


• Attends and participates in college job fairs and recruiting sessions.


• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent, required.


• (2) years in Human Resources with a minimum of one (1) year in recruitment and onboarding preferred.


• Knowledge of ATS software and Microsoft Office preferred.


• Social media or online recruiting experience a plus.


• Equivalent combination of relevant education, experience and training will be considered.
