Position Overview:
The Community Liaison is a key position responsible for networking, marketing, and driving growth for the company brand in the community. This role is crucial for expanding our reach and increasing our presence by building and maintaining strong relationships with referral sources, potential clients, and key decision-makers.
Competitive Compensation: We offer a competitive base salary between $50,000 - $52,000, with the opportunity to earn uncapped commission. Top performers can realistically earn $100,000+ annually, reflecting our commitment to rewarding success.

Key Responsibilities:
Drive Business Expansion Use a proactive sales approach to identify, connect with, and secure new business opportunities through networking, marketing, and outreach.
Key activities include:
o Building and nurturing relationships with referral sources and decision-makers.
o Scheduling client assessments and securing new services.
o Consistently prospecting and identifying new referral sources.
Client Relationship Management Serve as the first point of contact for potential clients, guiding them through the decision-making process
Data Management Maintain a detailed CRM database of referral sources and client interactions, tracking progress and ensuring timely follow-up.
Market Analysis Stay informed of trends in market and competitive landscape to ensure the company remains top-of-mind for clients and referral partners.
Qualifications & Skills:
Were seeking a self-motivated and goal-oriented sales professional who thrives in a consultative sales environment. The ideal candidate will have:
4+ years of successful experience in account management or a sales-related role (experience in home care or healthcare is a plus).
A proven ability to engage in consultative selling, build rapport, and close deals while overcoming objections.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively present to and engage key decision-makers.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with the ability to adapt to new technologies and CRM systems.
A positive, energetic attitude with a strong work ethic and an ability to work independently as well as part of a cohesive team.
Preferred qualifications include:
Experience in senior care or healthcare services.
Bilingual skills (English and Spanish).
A Bachelors degree in a relevant field is preferred but not required.
