Job description

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Senior Business Execution Consultant- Risk and Cloud Transformation with our client in the financial industry located in Iselin, NJ. This is a 12+ month contract position.

Responsibilities:

Lead complex initiatives in business execution, identifying and analyzing broad challenges with multiple factors, including intangibles

Contribute to solutions for large-scale business execution challenges, ensuring compliance and alignment with internal policies

Collaborate with client personnel to develop and execute effective strategies to meet project deliverables and goals

Apply expertise in audit, risk, and controls to support comprehensive business planning and execution efforts

5+ years of experience in Business Execution, Implementation, Strategic Planning, or a related field (work experience, training, military, or education considered)

Proven experience in audit and internal controls

Expertise in process and controls and risk management, including risk and controls self-assessment

Strong communication skills with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective interpersonal relationships

Proficiency in cloud-based technologies, cloud migration, cloud security, and cloud transformation

Solid understanding of security and risk management, and familiarity with security tools and technologies

Pay Range: $57-67
