Sodexo has an exciting opening for an Office Manager 1 who will support our New Jersey branches. .
This position is a key stakeholder within our team and will be primarily responsible for coordination within the branch operations to ensure customer satisfaction and company profitability.
The successful candidate will:
Place and dispatch service calls for our equipment in the field
Setup new customers and handle inbound orders in our systems
Oversee permit renewals
Order and issue various fleet maintenance cards, fuel cards, and the like
Respond to questions and requests from both internal and external customers
Perform other clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and other responsibilities as requested
Support or monitor upkeep of safety reports and records
Is this the right opportunity for you? We are looking for candidates that have:
A High School diploma or equivalent
Prior administration experience preferred within distribution, permitting, or fleet admin
Ability to work with Microsoft applications required
The ability to demonstrate urgency and organizational skills with high levels of customer service
Good organization, scheduling and time management skills as well as excellent communication skills
