Client Details

My client is a small, tight-knit General Contractor based out of Nashua, New Hampshire. They specialize in both Commercial and Residential projects, ranging from design build, ground up, to renovations. They have built a strong reputation throughout New Hampshire, delivering quality, attention to detail, and customer satisfaction. Known for working closely with clients from precon to close out, they ensure the customer gets what they need!

Description

The Estimator - Commercial Construction will be responsible for

  • Takeoffs
  • Putting together bid-packages
  • Compiling a range of numbers for the project
  • Work with the Chief Estimator on a daily basis
  • Utilizing Sage (Timberline)

Profile

The Successful Candidate will have the following:

  • 5+ years of experience
  • Proficient in Sage Timberline, experience with Procore
  • Be a team player, looking for a long term fit
  • Local to NH/ MA area
  • Experience with projects around $5M, design build experience preferred
