Job description

A High-end custom home builder (GC) is searching for a Lead Architect/Design to join their team and grow with the company. They're a top ranked home builder in Western WI and one of the Top-15 custom home builder in the Twin Cities. They've been in business for over 50 years are family owned. with the 3rd generation starting to take over. They have exceptionally low turnover and tenured employees. They work 5 days and 40 hours per week. This position would be hybrid, with 2-3 days a week in-office.

• Very close-knit culture, with approximately 20-30 people in the office, and 20-30 in the field.
• Average projects range from 4,000-5,000sqft with values of $800k-$1.5M , some up to $7M-$9M.
• They also have a custom cabinetry shop.

What they are looking in the position:

• 5 years building custom homes
• Would even train someone less experienced, but prefer someone who is more seasoned so they can hit the ground running.
• Similar size, type, and value projects.
• Bachelors degree
• Able to work well in a smaller team environment, highly motivated, strong attention to detail, and looking to grow long-term with the company.

Compensation range:

• Base salary, negotiable.
• Annual bonus, based on profit.
• Health/dental/vision coverage.
• 3% match 401k.
• 9 paid holidays.
• 2-3 weeks of vacation.
