Our client is a top-ranked semi-custom production home builder in Minnesota with over 50 years of experience and roughly 650 employees across multiple states. They are currently seeking a Land Development Manager to join their team. This is an amazing opportunity for candidates looking to advance their career in residential land development. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in this field.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of residential land development projects
- Manage budgets and timelines for development projects
- Coordinate with engineers, architects, and contractors
- Ensure compliance with all zoning and environmental regulations
- Develop and maintain relationships with landowners and local government officials
Essential Job Functions:
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- In-depth knowledge of land development regulations
- Ability to work independently and lead a team
- Proficiency in project management software
Skills:- 5-10 years of experience in residential land development
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, urban planning, or related field
- Strong understanding of land development regulations
- Excellent project management skills
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities
Salary: $120,000-$200,000
