Description
The Superintendent is responsible for:
- Overseeing on-site daily project operations
- Generating daily project reports
- Ensuring projects are progressing and per schedule and in accordance with local building codes and laws
- Ensuring Safety codes/regulations are followed by laborers and staff
Profile
The right Superintendent will have:
- MA CSL
- 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent leading projects (Ideally in the Multifamily space)
- Experience utilizing construction software (Procore, Bluebeam)
- Experience successfully overseeing ground up commercial/multifamily construction projects
Job Offer
The Superintendent will receive:
- Competitive base salary up to $175,000 depending on experience
