We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join the Asset Management Talent Acquisition team to lead early career talent acquisition and programming offerings. You will play a meaningful role in ensuring that our acquisition strategies and hiring practices are robust, that we promote a diverse and inclusive culture, and that we provide outstanding experiences for students who are ready to jumpstart their career with Fidelity.

The Value You Deliver

  • Leverage your deep recruiting knowledge to develop and implement creative hiring strategies to meet early career hiring goals across the business.
  • Translate business objectives into specific performance goals for team members providing key feedback regularly.
  • Build relationships with clients and key stakeholders to effectively influence and facilitate hiring decisions.
  • Gather and incorporate industry intelligence and insights into existing and develop new programmatic offerings with the goal of building and maintaining a pipeline of future talent.
  • Participate in specific recruiting events and conferences.

The Expertise & Skills You Bring

  • 8+ years of relevant career experience, including prior experience in a talent acquisition leadership or program leadership role.
  • A general knowledge and understanding of the asset management industry, players, and trends. Prior experience in the financial services industry is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading, managing, and coaching a team and ongoing alignment of resources to meet organizational hiring objectives with a proven ability to drive execution and achieve results.
  • Expert relationship management, influencing, and consultative skills to build strong, long-term relationships with universities, business, and talent partners.
  • Ability to recognize and uncover the organization s priorities and willingness to build consensus to reach the best solution.
  • Proven ability to exercise solid judgment in complex situations.
  • Efficacy at managing multiple priorities and projects under tight timeframes, with the ability to prioritize conflicting demands and organize time and resources to deliver solid and consistent results.
  • Excellent communication skills and comfort in presenting to audiences at all levels of the organization.

Fidelity s working model blends the best of working offsite with maximizing time together in person to meet associate and business needs.
