Description

The Project Manager is responsible for:

• Overseeing & managing large ground up projects in the Boston area
• Coordinating & collaborating with necessary project parites
• Leading site personnel, providing guidance to ensure the highest levels of safety, productivity, and performance
• Developing relationships with clients, and maintaining open lines of communication
• Managing project documentation, including RFIs, change orders, daily logs, and progress reports
• Proactively identifying opportunities for process improvement, cost optimization, and value engineering to enhance project outcomes and client satisfaction

Profile

The right Project Manager has the following qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager with a commercial GC
• Must have good tenure with previous employers
• Experience as a PM on Commercial projects (ground up)
• Proficiency in Procore
• Commutable to Newton MA
• Strong understanding of construction technology and details
• Excellent communication skills
