Description

Project Manager - Corporate Interiors/Life Science Projects up to $20M - Boston MA will be responsible for:

  • managing the day-to-day construction of complex projects
  • ensuring that the project is being completed according to budget and schedule
  • assisting with the pre-construction process including budget finalization, contracts/awards, material procurement & submittals
  • overseeing an Assistant Project Manager, answer to SPM/Program Manager
  • coordinating and leading project and client meetings
  • acting as the main point of contact for the client

Profile

Project Manager - Projects up to $20M

  • At least 6 years of experience as a Project Manager running projects independently from start to finish
  • Background in
    • Life Science (Ground up or interiors)
    • Corporate downtown interiors
    • Hospital work accepted
    • Design Build is a big plus
  • Commercial construction experience
  • A bachelor's degree in construction, architecture, engineering or related
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong organizational skills
