Description

  • Lead the preparation of consolidated financial reports, including operating and capital expense budgeting and forecasting.
  • Support the equipment segment's financial forecasting and reporting, ensuring data accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Assist in the development of the annual budget and quarterly forecasts, working closely with various departments to gather relevant data.
  • Communicate complex financial information concisely to stakeholders across the organization.
  • Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines, ensuring the delivery of error-free work.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders across the company to drive strategic financial initiatives.

Profile

  • Strong financial and quantitative skills, with a deep understanding of accounting principles.
  • Proven experience in corporate finance or FP&A, preferably within a retail or related industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex topics in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
  • Project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.

Job Offer

  • Competitive salary range of $85,000 - $98,000, with a 10% bonus potential.
  • Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, and paid time off.
  • Hybrid work schedule, with in-office days Monday through Wednesday and optional work-from-home days on Thursday and Friday.
