Description

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for the following:

• Developing and maintaining a detailed project plan & schedule that includes timelines, milestones, budgets, all project activities, critical path analysis, and timelines for completion
• Allocating resources such as personnel, materials, and equipment to ensure timely completion of the project
• Monitoring project expenses and adjusting budgets as necessary to ensure that the project is completed within the allocated budget
• Identifying potential risks and developing contingency plans to mitigate them
• Communicating project progress to all stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members, through regular status reports, meetings, and presentations
• Ensuring that all work is completed to the required quality standards and that any defects are promptly addressed
• Managing contracts with contractors and subcontractors, including negotiating contracts, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, and resolving any disputes that may arise
• Ensuring that all construction activities are performed in accordance with safety regulations and that safety protocols are followed by all personnel
• Identifying and resolving any issues or conflicts that may arise during the project and work with the team to find solutions
• Managing any changes to the project scope, schedule, or budget, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and that the project remains on track
• Ensuring that all project documentation is accurate and up to date, including contracts, drawings, specifications, and other project-related documents

Profile

The Senior Project Manager will have:

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in the Construction industry
• Proven track record of delivering construction projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience in contract negotiation and management
• Knowledge of safety regulations and protocols
• Experience with MS Project
