Junior Program Analyst Belong, Connect, Grow with KBR! KBR is seeking a Junior Program Analyst to join our team supporting PMA 205. As part of one of the world's largest independent logistics organizations supporting the US government and commercial agencies, you will join an exceptionally talented and experienced KBR Logistics team that provides FMS Logistics services to all NAVAIR aviation programs. As a winner of the National Logistics Contract, the selected applicant will work within the Security Cooperation Office (SSCO), which is composed of government, military, contractor, and industry personnel, while supporting FMS logistics projects. RESPONSIBILITIES: Assists more senior positions and performs functional duties under the oversight of more senior positions. Supports program analysis efforts, including research of special topics, preparation, and coordination of reposts, and development of monitoring systems. Tracks the implementation of required corrective actions and milestone accomplishments. Participate in Program Management Reviews (PMRs), ILS reviews, meetings, conferences, briefings, training events, and other significant program activities and events occurring in CONUS/OCONUS both in person and virtual to perform analysis in support of specific FMS cases as required by each program office. Provides support in developing various contractual documents, SOWs, MOUs, LOAs, amendments, and modifications in support of program requirements. Assist with the preparation of the briefing material, meeting minutes, and other administrative support. Identify and analyze the ILS issues discussed and recommend preferred courses of action to resolve problems identified at such events. Most work will be conducted on-site at NAS Patuxent River, MD; however, some domestic and international travel may be required to support program activities. Must be able to operate in a dynamic and fast-paced team environment. Must be able to operate effectively at remote work sites without direct supervision. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: Education & Years of Experience : Bachelor's degree from an accredited US university or college and 0-3 years of work experience in a field related to FMS, logistics, program management, or a technical or business analysis discipline related to acquisition, lifecycle management, analysis, or planning OR 10 years of work experience in a related field will be accepted in lieu of a degree. Citizenship & Clearance: Must be a US Citizen. Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance. Applicant selected may be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 hours/week Compensation: 81,840-122,760. The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities, and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity. Additional Compensation: KBR may offer bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels per internal policy or contractual designation. Additional compensation may be in the form of a sign-on bonus, relocation benefits, short-term incentives, long-term incentives, or discretionary payments for exceptional performance.
