We are currently seeking a highly experienced Signage Sales Representative with 3 years of combined experience in the signage industry and sales to join our team and drive our business to new heights.

As a Signage Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in generating revenue by identifying, cultivating, and closing sales opportunities for our comprehensive range of signage products and services. With a proven track record in both the signage and sales industries, you will leverage your expertise to build and maintain strong client relationships and contribute to our continued growth.

Signage Sales Representative Responsibilities:


  • Prospect, identify, and target potential clients in various industries, understanding their signage needs and tailoring solutions accordingly. - Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline, actively pursuing leads and opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Engage in consultative selling, offering expert advice and recommendations to clients, demonstrating a deep understanding of the signage industry and our products.
  • Present proposals, quotes, and product demonstrations to clients in a compelling and persuasive manner.
  • Negotiate contracts, close sales, and maintain ongoing client relationships to ensure their satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to create compelling sales materials and strategies to support your efforts.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies, sharing insights with the team to ensure our competitiveness.
  • Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to senior management.

Outside Sign Sales Representative Qualifications:


  • 3 years in the signage/print industry-have to hit minimum.
  • $750k a year in sales (most sales people are hitting $1 million easily)
  • Interior signage experience is a must, ada, wayfinding, directional, wall/floor/window graphics, wide format print-"hunter" mentality not a "farmer".
  • Someone who enjoys generating their own leads.
  • Up beat fun personality.
  • Someone to grow with the company.
  • Book of business is always a plus.
