Job description

Overtime: Yes, 20% during weekdays, weekends, shutdown, holidays and odd hours.

Travel: 60% Domestic and International (Canada and Mexico)

Max Pay : $37.19/hr. on W2 (without benefits)

Notes: Resource will be working on Shop floor

Interview Process: 2 rounds

• Interview 1: STAR/Video interview via MS Teams for 60 minutes (Panel interview)
• Interview 2: In-person interview for 3-4 hours, will include hand skill test (Come on the shop floor, have block test)

Job Summary:

• The resource will be responsible for hand skill work like assembling, welding, modification on the tools (e.g. Change parts shape) using tools like hand grinder, sander etc.
• Responsible for productivity repairs on the dies.
• Most importantly, we are looking for someone with positive attitude (Keen to lean, think out of the box)
• Someone who is a team player and work together with the team.

Requirements:

• Strong small tool hand skills and minimum 2 years Tool and Die experience.
• Good communication skills, written and verbal, to work with internal and external customers for countermeasure setting.
• Ability to travel to support team at other locations (domestic and international)
