Pay: $32.50 - $38.85

Shifts available for both Full-Time and Part-Time:
Day: 6 am-2 pm
Evening: 2 pm - 10 pm _with a $3 per hour shift differential!_
Night: 10 pm - 6 am _with a $2 per hour shift differential! _
Rotational Weekends: _with an additional $1_

Location: Village Care Center

Job Summary:

As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will provide high-quality, clinically skilled patient care in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. This role involves patient assessment, medication administration, care coordination, and maintaining a compassionate approach to resident well-being.

Responsibilities:
Deliver patient-centered care as part of a dedicated team
Administer and monitor medications for side effects and effectiveness
Coordinate with healthcare team members on patient care plans
Accurately document all patient care and condition updates
Observe, record, and communicate changes in patient conditions

Qualifications:
Current, valid RN license in the State of Kentucky or Compact/Multi-State
Experience in geriatric or long-term care preferred
Strong patient care and team collaboration skills
Ability to manage detailed, accurate documentation
Proactive in responding to patient needs
