Pay: $25.25-$30.25

Shifts available for both Full-Time and Part-Time:
Day: 6am-2pm
Evening: 2pm-10pm _with a $3 per hour shift differential!_
Night: 10pm-6am _with a $2 per hour shift differential! _
Rotational Weekends: _with an additional $1_

Location: 2990 Riggs Ave, Erlanger, KY 41018

Job Summary:

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides compassionate, clinically sound care in a collaborative environment, ensuring optimal health outcomes for residents. This role includes medication administration, patient monitoring, and care coordination, all while supporting our community's values of dignity, respect, and service.

Responsibilities:
Administer medications and monitor for potential side effects
Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to assess and implement patient care plans
Accurately document patient care and condition changes
Observe, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions
Educate patients and families on care processes and health maintenance
Adhere to infection control and safety standards
Foster a supportive and respectful environment for patients and colleagues

Qualifications:
Current and valid LPN license in the State of Kentucky or Compact/Multi-State
Experience in geriatric or long-term care setting a plus
Demonstrated commitment to quality
Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
Proficiency in maintaining detailed, accurate documentation
Ability to respond to patient needs with compassion and professionalism
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
