Job description

Position Overview: As the IT Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our IT infrastructure and operations. You will play a critical role in developing and implementing IT strategies that align with our business objectives and drive growth. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in systems management and strong leadership skills to effectively manage a team of IT professionals.

This Position is fully on-site in Nappanee, IN.

$90,000 - $130,000

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement IT strategies and initiatives that support business objectives and drive operational efficiency.
  • Oversee the implementation, integration, and maintenance of all internal systems.
  • Manage and optimize IT infrastructure, including network, servers, and security systems.
  • Lead a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to ensure high performance and professional development.
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify and address IT needs and requirements.
  • Evaluate and recommend new technologies and solutions to enhance productivity and competitiveness.
  • Develop and manage IT budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and resource allocation.
  • Establish and enforce IT policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance and security.
  • Monitor IT performance metrics and KPIs, and provide regular reports to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Experience in C++ development highly preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management, with a focus on Systems and Vendor management.
  • Proven experience leading IT teams and managing complex projects.
  • Strong technical expertise in IT infrastructure, systems integration, and software development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
  • Strategic thinker with a track record of driving innovation and delivering results.
  • Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging technologies.
  • Certifications such as IT Governance, PMP, or ITIL are a plus.
