Job description

Join our team in Chicago IL as a full-time associate attorney specializing in Wills, Trusts, and Estates. We are in search of a talented individual with an Illinois state bar license.

The ideal candidate will thrive both independently and collaboratively, staying well-versed in evolving legal landscapes and exhibiting superb client relations.

Primary Responsibilities:


  • Draft, assess, analyze, and finalize various legal documents while effectively communicating legal concepts to clients.
  • Develop and execute complex estate planning documents.
  • Assist with probate and estate administrations.
  • Preparation of Gift and Estate Tax Returns.
  • Cultivate relationships with clients and foster connections with potential new clients.
  • Lead meetings with prospective clients, maintaining professional relationships with existing clients and referral sources.
  • Address client inquiries and offer strategic suggestions to meet their objectives.
  • Stay up to date on probate and tax laws.

Qualifications:


  • Juris Doctorate degree from an ABA-approved law school.
  • Active member in good standing with the IL state bar (2nd bar a plus).
  • Knowledge of wills, trusts, and estates is highly desired.
  • 3-5 years' experience.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
