Our client, a global real estate company is looking for a Program Manager to join their Strategy & Planning team. Key responsibilities include managing multiple HR-related projects, leading change management efforts, and ensuring alignment with business strategies. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a blend of HR and project management expertise, who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain project plans, incorporating stakeholder input.
• Manage change efforts for smooth transitions to regular operations.
• Monitor milestones, adjust plans as needed, and conduct status meetings.
• Manage project documentation and assign tasks to ensure timely project delivery.
• Provide updates through project status reports, highlighting accomplishments, risks, and solutions.
• Lead and implement best practices in HR project and change management.
• Suggest process improvements for better project execution.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, or Human Resources.
• Strong HR background with innovative problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in a global matrix organization, collaborating across teams.
• Proven track record of driving projects from start to finish.
• Strong time management and organizational skills, capable of handling multiple projects.
• Leadership qualities with the ability to handle challenges like cross-team dependencies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Passion for inclusivity and collaboration with diverse teams.
